Contract signed for design services

The $22,750.00 design contract for design services was signed the last week of February 2010. It is anticipated that all design work should be completed and ready to turn in for City of Eugene review by the first of April. The intent is to do everything necessary to have the permits in hand for a May 1st start date for construction.
The lighting analysis and pole/fixture combination specifications should be done the first week of March and the electrical design done by the third week of March.
We have received several bids for our new entrance sign and are considering a number of different designs.
Spare Change Sunday is set for March 7th. It is anticipated that enough pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters will be gathered to pay for the installation of all the new fences needed for phase 1 of our development. Steve Cornellius is planning to schedule a work day to install the new chain link fence on the east side of the property to finish enclosing our property on that side sometime in the next six weeks.
