Facility Usage

If you are looking to use any part of the building for any length of time it is very important to follow

the guidelines below:


1. Contact the office (541.689.2127 / info@santaclarachurch.com) to check availability of room(s) you need.

2. Download and fill out the general building usage form.  Be as precise as you can.

3. Turn in the completed form by faxing (541.689.2032) or bringing to the office at least 2 weeks prior to approved date.
